On Jan 5, Sta.30 was dispatched for a MVC with possible entrapment. P92 arrived and reported 1 vehicle with rollover. R32 arrived and established command (Diefenderfer). Crews checked vehicle and P92 obtained a refusal. Crews were on scene for approx. 15 mins. Units on scene: P92, R32, and MSP.
